Week 6 Results

AZ SnakePit 3, Wimboes Barmy Army 5
Rowand scored seven runs for Wimb, in a game where HR and RBI ended tied and both sides batted above .310 for the week: Hawpe drove in 12 for Snake. On the mound, Papelbon had two saves for Wimb, while Verlander (Snake) struck out 13.

Blonde Streaks 3, Arizona Muugens 6
Muugens piled up an amazing 18 SB: five each from Roberts, Wright and Werth. Another BA-heavy game, the sides hitting .315 and .357 respectively. Halladay had 2 W and 13 K for Muu, and Hoffman four SV: Harden got a W and 12 K for Blonde.

GregSchulteOverdrive 8, Captain Douchebag 2
Leaders Captain crashed and burned, taking only HR (Hamilton had three) and ERA. Otherwise, it was all Greg, with Choo (8 R, 9 RBI) and Beltran (8 R, 3 SB) their top performers. Peavy also had a W and 17 K's, while Lidge notched three Sv.

Balco's Boys 6, Baked 4
The sides combined for only 3 HR and 34 RBI, but Balco prevailed behind Helton (5 R, .375) at the plate, and Wilson + Sherrill (two Saves apiece) on the mound. Capps had two Saves for Baked, and Dukes' five RBI for them was the game high.

7-2 Offsuiters 7, Desert Dingleberries 3
A solid performance by 7-2, hitting .306 and posting a sub-three ERA for the week. Fielder and Ibañez each had 4 HR and double-digits in RBI, while Duke picked up a couple of wins. Parra had two W and 11 strikeouts for Desert in a losing cause.

warlords 2, Moving on Uptons 7
The Uptons took first-place, hammering 17 homers, with four by Morneau and three apiece by Stewart and Zimmerman. Gonzalez's Save and the vulture Win against AZ also proved helpful. Slowey picked up a W and ten K's for war.

The Fighting Amish 3, Kapsaicin Kids 6
Holliday and Martinez hit over .500 for the week, driving Kids to a .359 total, while Rollins' three SB were sufficient to give them that category too. Jimenez had a W and 11 K's; Santana had Amish's sole Win, along with 13 strikeouts.

Shoryukens! 5, Confederate Generals 5Gonzalez's five-homer week gave Shor the offensive edge, but Bartlett's four SB and a 333 BA for the Generals kept it close. Pitching reversed the roles: Generals had a W + 14 K from Kershaw, but Street's Save and zero ERA secured Shor a tie.
