Week 10 Results
AZ SnakePit 8, last place 2
Behind excellent weeks from Joe Crede [5 HR, 12 RBI, .611] and Gavin Floyd [2 W, 13 K], Snake cantered to victory, sweeping pitching. However, a number of categories were close: they won by just one HR, one RBI and 5 K's. A-Rod had six runs and eight RBI for last.
Douchebaggery 5, Shenanigans 2.0 4
Douche pipped Shen, the Save posted by Ryan enough to give them a split there, and overall victory. Three homers from DeRosa and B.J.Upton (seven R, 3 SB) helped them win every pitching category, but in pitching, Wagner (W + 3 Sv) led Shen's comeback.
dbacktom 8, Kapsaicin Kids 1
Bradley (12 R, 5 HR, 4 SB) took player of the game honors, tom coming within one save and .010 in BA of total victory. Santana had a W and 12 K's for them as well: Kids only point came in BA, with Giles .435 their best performance of the week.
The Fighting Amish 8, Crazy VIII's 2
The sides combined for fourteen saves: Capps and Sherrill had four each for Amish, but F-Rod had five for VIII. Again, this wasn't as one-sided as the score seems, with Amish winning most of the close categories, and batting .311 overall.
Tucson Myth 4, Adriano Rosario's 6
Myth started brightly, getting three homers from Glaus and hitting over. 300, but Adriano dominated on the mound with a 2.59 team ERA. Wood had four saves and Harden 17 K's, as they piled up 52 in total. Swisher had a 9 R, 7 RBI week too.
7-2 Offsuiters 4, SHUperMen 6
SHU took Hanley Ramirez [8 R, 5 HR, 8 RBI] and rode him all the way to a sweep in hitting; Giambi chipped in with 3 HR, 7 RBI. 7-2 came back vigorously in pitching, getting two wins from Lowe, but SHU's edge in ERA was decisive.
warlords 9, Blonde Streaks 1
League leaders war pounded Blonde, running their record to 18-1 in the past two weeks. Three HR from Drew and Ramirez, plus five SB by Reyes, cleaned up pitching, while Halladay had two wins and ten K's. ERA gave Blonde their sole victory.
GregSchulteOverdrive 4, Wimboes Barmy Army 4
These two could not be separated, SB and K ending level. Greg hit well, with three homers from Mora plus 6 R, 2 SB by Soriano. But Army pitched just as well, with Wainwright (W + 8 K) and Lyon (2 Sv, 0.00 ERA) their stars.
Ignatius J. Rallies 5, Arizona Muugens 4
A close contest swung Rallies' way when HR finished even. Blake had 10 RBI for them, but Muugens got three HR from Teahen. Penny and Arroyoa had 10 K each for Rallies, while Zambrano gave Muugens a W and 8 K.
Desert Dingleberries 5, Desert Storm BC 5
The Duel of the Deserts was not a well-pitched game, Storm's ERA of 7.21 enough for victory! They got four SV from Lidge, while Dingle got 2 W and 12 K from Sanchez. They also got 3 HR from Cantu, while Jones countered with the same for Storm.

Rickie Weeks' departure for the DL will hurt, but they now have Pedro Martinez back on the mound. In contrast, Adriano have bounced back after a hammering by tom, with two straight wins. Braun and Hamilton have combined for 21 homers in the last month, while Kazmir has picked up six wins.
