With the series already wrapped up, we go for the juggler today - hey, they're one step above mimes, what can I say? - and another sweep over the Rockies. Obviously, with our #5 in the mound, this is the contest I am least confident of us winning, but EdGon was more than adequate last time, giving us five solid innings and allowing only one run, against the same Colorado lineup.

That said, we have won the five games so far by an average of 5.6 runs, with our line thus far against the Rockies .306/.382/.557. If the offense continues to chew up and spit out opposing pitchers as it has done this week, then Gonzalez can be a little bit less than perfect, and we'll still be in the game. We have three of the top ten home-run hitters thus far in the league, and while no-one [least of all the players] expects that to be the way come the end of the season, almost all of this team are clearly in the hallowed "zone", both pitchers and hitters.

My whereabouts today are uncertain. There might be more filming being done, as last Sunday, but I haven't heard anything about that as yet. If it isn't the case, then I'll be lurking at The Sets [it's lucha libre today] with my laptop, commenting furiously. Should I not be around, if someone [Azreous?] can keep an eye on the thread, make sure it doesn't get too bloated.
