Kim is back!

As well as the Cirillo deal mentioned in the diary section, we've also re-claimed Byung-Hung Kim! Link

The Arizona Diamondbacks announced today that they have claimed infielder Jeff Cirillo off waivers from the Minnesota Twins and right-handed pitcher Byung-Hyun Kim from the Florida Marlins. Kim, 28, is 6-5 with a 4.63 ERA (42 ER in 81.2 IP) over 17 games (14 starts) with Colorado and Florida this season. He is 50-57 with a 4.20 ERA (375 ER in 804.1 IP) in 383 career games (79 starts) in parts of nine Major League seasons. He has 110 career saves.

This marks Kim's second stint with the Diamondbacks, having been with the club from 1999-2003. While with the D-backs, Kim recorded 70 saves, the third-highest total in franchise history. The Diamondbacks also announced that left-handed pitcher Randy Johnson has been transferred from the 15-day to the 60-day disabled list and designated infielder Brian Barden for assignment.
