Crazy VIII's face Shenanigans, in the game of the week, both teams looking to solidify their playoff spots [some region will see Kapsaicin Kids vs. The Fighting Amish, depending on local blackouts... :-)] VIII have been strong the past two weeks, going 16-3-1, with Cy Young contender Jake Peavy anchoring their rotation. Alex Rodriguez's MVP caliber season provides ferocious offense, but don't forget Griffey, with 27 homers. Shenanigans have the other half of the Padres 1-2 punch, in Chris Young, whose return from the DL was a huge relief to Shen. Their strength is in scoring runs, where only Bob Melvin Sucks have a better record to date.
