Will Randy Johnson impact player development?

It took Curt Schilling to stir Randy's competive nature and the both took off winning the championship. It is just a thought but is it possible RJ came back to AZ to give back, in the name of player development? I am taking about Doug Davis, Dustin Nippert, Ryan Doughery and Brett Anderson. In Doug Davis, learning how to pitch above the .500 winning percentage. In Dustin Nippert, gaining confidence that he belongs in the show. In Ryan Dougherty, someone RJ can look up too and show Ryan how to make adjustments. In Brett Anderson, knowing he talked to a possible hall of famer. Big hopes for a man with a bad back but it is possible, is it?
