As Jim Morrison once sang, "This is The End..." And so, we come to the final game of the season that has seen us fractionally pass pre-season expectations among the community of D'backs bloggers, which were pinned around 75 wins. Not long ago, as we nestled at 67-83, that seemed unlikely, but now we have reclaimed second place and victory today would give us 78 for the year.
So, let's see, shall we? Webb on the mound, but we're 1-0 down. I didn't get to the cinema - The History of Violence having been replaced by The History of Sunday Lie-ins, so will be about for a little while before heading to work.
