Diamondbacks Ups and Downs: June 8-June 14 Edition

The Diamondbacks worked another winning percentage this past week going 4-3 against the Giants, Marlins, and Pirates. They outscored their opponents yet again, 39-30, and were a basehit away from stealing the division lead from the Giants. The Diamondbacks cruised to the tune of a 6-1 record over the past week. Although the bullpen looked a bit stale at times, the offense woke up and started to produce. Diamondbacks Ups and Downs: May 4th-May 10th Edition

Another six games are in the books and the D-backs saw plenty of action along the way. Barry Enright was sent to Triple-A, a four hour game was won against Colorado, and the Hudson/Kennedy duo outperformed the now renowned Haren/Weaver duo. Unfortunately, the offense could only muster 3.2 runs per game during the stretch and the team would ultimately limp away with a 2-4 record.
