Cody Reed finally hit a bump in the road in his dominance of the Northwest League when he got rocked for 7 runs in less than 2 innings. To show how good he's been that raised his ERA to just 2.85. We'll give him a pass for the rare bad outing.

AAA: Reno 3 Las Vegas 0. Caleb Clay held Las Vegas scoreless for 5 innings and the bullpen followed with a masterful performance. Four relivers pitched the final four frames and didn't allow a hit, though they walked 4 and struck out one. Addison Reed got the save and allowed 2 of the walks. The offense managed just 5 hits. Danny Worth drove in 2 with a double and Jamie Romak drove in the other with a double.
AA: Mobile - Off Day
A+: Visalia 5 San Jose 9. As good as the Reno bullpen the Visalia pen was as bad. Blake Perry had the team out in front with a 4-1 lead through 7 innings. It was ugly after that. Bud Jeter gave up 3 runs on 3 hits and 2 walks while only getting 2 outs. Joey Krehbiel allowed one run but at least got 5 outs. And Johnny Shuttlesworth capped off the collapse allowing 4 runs in the 9th. Kevin Medrano had 3 hits with a double and an RBI. Gerson Montilla had 3 hits and Mitch haniger drilled a 2-run homer.
A: Kane County - Off Day
A-: Hillsboro 2 Salem-Keizer 9. Cody Reed got hammered for 7 runs in the first 2 innings and the game never improved from there. It was Reed's worst outing by far. The offense put together just 5 hits though they did garner 7 walks but never threatened to make the game interesting. Trevor Mitsui had a hit and 2 walks.
