Jim is away for the night, so you get my surrealistic ramblings for a game preview in lieu of actual analysis, I'm also returning from a work-related exile (/shamelessplug) and saw the last few innings of last night's game at a bar. My analysis? Cody Ross, blech.
1. Didi Gregorius - SS
2. Gerardo Parra - RF
3. Paul Goldschmidt - 1B
4. Miguel Montero - C
5. Aaron Hill - 2B
6. Martin Prado - 3B
7. David Peralta - LF
8. Tony Campana - CF
9. Josh Collmenter - P
Campana gets his first start in Center since his call-up from Reno to replace Inciarte. Somewhere the Militant Fundamentalist Branch Of The True Nick Evans shouts helplessly into the void.
Collmenter gets the start. His last start in Dodger Stadium was decent, save for an ill-timed Puig home run and a lack of run support. I'm sure the second act of Our American Cousin was also pretty good as well.
Old friend Dan Haren is on the mound for the Dodgers. But he's not a friend anymore, he's moved on, stop calling him, it's weird. Let him live his life.
Game starts at 7:10 PM on Fox Sports Arizona, so plan accordingly.
