Dbacks 1, Rockies 3: Offensive Blackout
The Diamondbacks were defeated by the Colorado Rockies in what was a very low-scoring game Coors Field. The two teams combined for eight hits and 18 strikeouts. Ian Kennedy wasn't bad, but a Troy Tulowitzki's home run was plenty of offense.

The Rockies only had three hits this evening, but they made them count. A Troy Tulowitzki 2-run home run put Colorado ahead and they never looked back. Rockies pitchers held Arizona to five hits and struck out eight.

Hello again, NL West. Remember us? Seems like a while. Sure we'll be heartily sick of you by the end of the season, after we've seen you 70-80 times, but right now, you're relatively fresh and interesting. And, in this case, quite cold.
