I'm writing this late on Saturday night, in the expectation that I will not be surfacing in time to write anything up in the morning. Mind you, I still would like to watch a good chunk of the game, simply because I adore watching knuckleballers pitch, and batters flail at the butterfly as it flutters by. Don't think there are any other active knucklers in the majors right now - please correct me if I'm wrong - so we should enjoy Dickey while we can. He's probably about all we'll have until Eri Yoshida makes it to the big leagues...

Cahill was excellent in his last outing, and if he's as good as that, we'll have a good chance to take the game, the series and come home with a 6-4 road-trip. However, results are always uncertain when facing a knuckler, they are the box of chocolates of pitching, you never know what you'll get.
