Reminder to limit off-topic chatter in on-topic threads

Game Day Threads, SnakeBytes, and off-topic threads (which are clearly designated) are still wide open, but try to keep most of the longer discussions to baseball or the article written. A little off-topic is fine, and helps build the community, but we don't need multiple off-topic comment trains all the way to the margin. Thank you for cooperating.
