AZ SnakePit Yahoo Fantasy Baseball: Let The Warm-Up Begin!

PrintJust a quick heads-up, that we will once again be running SnakePit Fantasy Baseball in 2012, through the Yahoo! Sports system. We'll be opening sign-ups round about the time that pitchers and catchers report, and I imagine there will probably be two divisions, as in 2011. Division 1, will be for the top teams there, with Mizzoula Osprey hopefully returning to defend their title. Plus, invitations to take part in the premier league will be extended to the top two players from Division 1A - that league will be open sign-up. If someone wants to step forward and offer to be commissioner of Division 1A, that'd be a start. :)
After the jump, more info on Yahoo! Fantasy Baseball, if you are interested in signing up for your own, independent league. Feel free to start the smack-talk, pending the opening of registrations in about two weeks!

Stay tuned for now, expect an official announcement around the 20th. Looks like Clefo will be running 1A, so we’ll figure out some way to get interested parties in touch with each other around then.

Why not
go in as a smaller “pilot project,” to learn the ropes so to speak, then fully commit next year? This seems like something you would really enjoy doing.

By "pilot project"
I mean entering the contest but doing so with the intention of trying out different ideas on a more low-key basis. This way you can participate more or less at your leisure before fully committing next year. You’ll have a better idea of what do when you do fully play, and how to better utilize your time and resources.
