SnakeSounds, #162: 9/28 vs. Brewers

PHOENIX, AZ - SEPTEMBER 28: Cole Gillespie #5 (R) of the Arizona Diamondbacks celebrates with Ryan Roberts #14, Paul Goldschmidt #44 and Collin Cowgill #4 after hitting a grand slam against the Los Angeles Dodgers during the ninth inning of the Major League Baseball game at Chase Field on September 28, 2011 in Phoenix, Arizona. I was just watching Tim Kurkjian on ESPN, who said he reckoned tonight was the greatest regular season slate of games in the history of baseball. Hard to argue with that. While the Diamondbacks couldn't quite repeat last night's heroics - and, to be honest, seemed to be phoning this one in for much of the time - they did score five in the ninth, to finish the regular season on a high note. Here are Kirk Gibson, Ian Kennedy looking forward to the Brewers series, grand-slammer Cole Gillespie and Miguel Montero.
