SnakeSounds: 9/16 vs. Padres

Well, that was uninspiring. Still, as noted in the GDT, tonight was the first time the team has lost back-to-back games since the end of the six-game losing streak, in Washington on August 22. That was also the last time we were held to less than two runs. This was always the game in the series I was most doubtful of, so we'll come back tomorrow and do better, I've little doubt. Not much to be said about tonight's contest. Here are Kirk Gibson and Wade Miley saying it.
