SnakeSounds: 9/11 vs. Padres

So near, and yet... Oh, well: we'll settle for another series win, and move on to the West coast. By the time the team returns to Phoenix, we should hopefully be close to clinching the division; might be nice to do it at home. Today, the game ended up being a lot more exciting than it looked over the early innings, so credit to the D-backs for pulling it out, even if seven runs was just too big a deficit. More proof - as if any were needed, that this team should never be counted out. Here are Kirk Gibson, Josh Collmenter, Henry Blanco, Justin Upton and Chris Young.
