be calling up more players as September rolls on, but i heard someone on the staff (i believe it was gibby) saying he doesn’t want the clubhouse getting too crowded and messing with the team chemistry.
Maybe after all the Minor League playoffs we’ll be seeing more call ups.

Makes sense

Plus if we called up Gillespie, Abreu, and Ransom, Gibby would find way to make the Burroughs/Ransom/Abreu/Overbay/Bloomquist/Cowgill/Gillespie/Blanco starting lineup happen. And no one wants that.

Thats a good point

But then again one or two more wouldn’t hurt, especially if they’ve already been up like Ransom has. I mean McDonald and Hill seem to have adjusted really quickly, so it seems like anyone who were to be called-up would find their place rather quickly. But hey right now in an awesome winning streak; if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
