SnakeSounds: 8/25 vs. Nationals

The great taco famine of August 2011 ended in convincing fashion over the last couple of innings in Washington tonight. It was the first time Arizona had scored more than four runs in ten attempts - the longest such streak since August 2009. It was also the first time since August 2nd that Arizona had won a game by more than three runs. Nice to be on the positive end of a blow-out now and again, though especially early on, it was pretty nerve-wracking. Congratulations to Wade Miley on his first W in the majors, that secured a decent 4-6 road-trip. Could have been a lot worse. After Kirk Gibson, we hear from Miley, as well as the happening Paul Goldschmidt and Miguel Montero.
