There were some grumblings about the line-up this evening, but we should know better than to doubt Cap'n Kirk: #InGibbyWeTrust. For it was the maligned bottom-half of the order that largely delivered the offense, pushing us out to a four-run lead after two innings. Ian Kennedy worked seven strong, and the bullpen, if not impeccable, proved just good enough to push us two games up on the Giants. Here are are a whole raft of voices, eager to discuss this one. Gibson, Kennedy, Justin Upton, Cody Ransom and - I think perhaps for the first time since his arrival - Sean Burroughs.
