Earlier today my pops was telling me how sad it was that he could change channels from the Diamondbacks game, one with only 18,000 fans in attendance, to the Red Sox game in Fenway with 40,000+ in attendance... which was in the 10th inning. That got me thinking about our attendance throughout the year and whether or not a smaller crowd has had any serious affect on the Diamondbacks play.

To some extent, a difference is faintly visible. Granted, there's a lot of variables to take into consideration, i.e. different lineups, injuries, slumps, opponents, but the fact is that there has been a slight difference when a larger crowd shows up. Here's a breakdown of the matchups:
