Man, I enjoyed this one, and all the more as it went on - a bit nervous as Micah wobbled a bit in the early frames, but once we took the lead, everyone seemed to relax, both in the stands and on the park. Shame to lose Geoff Blum, who appears to be made of Austrian crystal, but apart from that, a very solid performance from the entire roster. Apparently a whole roster of scouts there to see Ubaldo Jimenez: the Rockies will be lucky to get an A-ball prospect for him, based on today's performance. Here are Kirk Gibson, Owings, Justin Upton and Blum, as the road-stand finishes an acceptable 6-4.
