I dunno how much of it is natural maturing by our hitters, and how much of it is Jack, but he’s got some pretty nice numbers to put on his resume so far.

I’ve been wondering about that, since KJ seemed to be gushing about him. (While trying very carefully not to put down Pendleton)

I’m a little disappointed that EJ misses the Astros… A futile offense like theirs would have been great for him, I think. Instead he has to go up against the Brewers tomorrow. I really hope he throws well, I’d like to see his numbers start regressing at some point.

Despite what they seem to think, the Giants are INEVITABLY going to regress. Not only is their pitching good but not THIS good, but Mark DeRosa is their only starter without an OPS+ above 100. How long do you think that can continue??

I mean, Jebus… even the reanimated corpse of Edgar Renteria has an OPS+ of 102.
