Rusty Ryal reaches roster, Ryan Roberts’s Reno return

Dave Burns and Todd Walsh reporting on Twitter that Rusty Ryal has made the 25-man roster over Ryan Roberts. (And Brandon Webb is officially starting the year on the DL.) So there we have it.... the opening day roster is set!

Noberto over Zavada for last bullpen spot
Abreu and Ryal for utility spots

I have no animosity towards Rusty or Ryan…I like them both. It’s a hard decision sending anyone down (unless they do absolutely terrible of course)…but I believe we were all shocked Ryan was demoted after his monster blast last night
