NY Times thinks "Cactus League Cluster" is pretty awesome
Sure, it's all stuff we already know so most of us live in the middle of it, but it's nice that Phoenix and the Cactus League are getting recognition from a major media outlet. Teams like the Cubs might make a bunch of noise about leaving, but the truth is that it's better to be in the Valley of the Sun.

I enjoyed
that article.
I keep trying to reset my password to "penis", but it keeps telling me "too short".
I've always gone at it with my roommate over
AZ vs. Florida. Arizona takes the cake.

You have good taste.
(But we knew that)

It was a nice article.
I think both offer their own unique advantages. That being said, AZ is just so much more convenient. Next year people will be able to come into town for a couple weeks and see at each ballpark without much travel at all. Getting out of Tuscon is the best thing for the 3 teams that were remaining down there, sorry tucsonians. And with the Dbacks coming up to Scottsdale, all the people who usually go to games in the area can more easily visit a spring game.
This is the point I always make
to people when I discuss the difference between Spring Training sites. I grew up in Arizona and moved to Pennsylvania for college. I always looked forward to Spring Break because I could spend the whole week in Phoenix going to games. A day game and a night game on the same day because the drive is so short.
If you want to only go see one team, it doesn’t really make a difference but if you want to see more baseball – go to Arizona.
Zug be with you.
And also with you.
I didn’t appreciate it fully until I relocated. It’s truly a beautiful thing.
