D-Backs agree on minor league deal with Kris Benson
More pitching depth arrives. "Benson will make $650,000 if he’s in the big leagues and has a chance to earn another $100,000 based on games started. He gets $25,000 each for reaching 5, 10, 15 and 20 starts." I'll update the Pitching Projections with Benson's expected numbers shortly.

Can’t complain about any minor league deal. Especially to a pitcher with some talent. And with Webby starting the year on the DL, he might get a decent opportunity. Ya never know.
