Jack Magruder says, "The Diamondbacks have had no conversations with Webb about a new contract, and they do not plan to initiate talks moving forward... "If there was any interest, they would have known," a source familiar with the Diamondbacks’ plans said. Mike Hampton, Aaron Heilman, Rodrigo Lopez and Kris Benson also became free agents, and only Hampton is likely to be contacted about returning."
