Mets Choose Alderson Over Byrnes

Sandy Alderson beat out ex-D'Backs GM Josh Byrnes for the open Mets GM job. Had the Mets hired him, we would've been off the hook for a small portion of his salary. Was really rooting for JB to win (but not for that reason). I hope Alderson is up to the task of rebuilding that mess.
