BP's Top 11 NL West review
Just a quick rundown on how the top 11 prospects for each NLW team did this year. Strangely, there's no mention of #10, Ryan Wheeler.

I wouldn't say
That Collmenter lacks an out pitch… his change-up is that. He just is a fly-ball pitcher who went to the PCL where the air is as thin as Paper Mario.
