Good Story From espn.com
Hey guys,
I been lurking around here at the pit for a while but never contributed anything. I found this story over at espn.com and thought I'd share with you fellow fans.
It's not a write up about the players or the farm system or anything like that, it's just a story about the organization helping out the fans in tough times.
Nothing Earth shattering, but a good story.

Welcome!
Always pleased to see another lurker come out of the woodwork! As ‘Skins noted, the story was mentioned already, but it’s one of the common problems across all SB Nation, that FanShots get less love and attention than they deserve.. :-)

Hey Daren,
Can I recommend you put a short title or more descriptive words of your article in the title of your fanshot? Definitely get more visits that way. :)

Thanks, Daren!
I definitely made some mistakes when I first posted a FanPost on SBN, so I won’t piss in your cheerios as others might for doing the same. I boycott the WWL, so I wouldn’t have noticed this article if it hadn’t been for you.
The Dbacks are trying hard to keep their season ticket holders. I gave mine up this year since I am moving in a couple of months, but they offered me a $150 discount to stay-on. I still had to turn it down but it was a nice gesture. Despite the bad attendance figures so far, the renewal rate is still a decent 83%. Much better than the 40% of the Tigers have, but that’s understandable.
