Three walk-off wins, two extra inning games, and two absolute routs- not to mention all the assorted drama of New York at the time. Plus a series finale that would have seemed contrived if Hollywood had written it…

to me it’s kind of like the 1960 World Series between the Yankees and Pirates. If the Yankees had won in 2001, then the better team wouldn’t have been champions.
