Zack Grienke for Edgar Gonzalez and Alberto Callaspo.

This one seems pretty simple.  The Royals get rid of a guy that they've decided can't cut it and we could also snipe a guy that the Dodgers appear to be interested in.  The Royals also get two guys that fill needs.  I think all 3 players may just need changes of scenery to leave past troubles behind and maybe play up to potential.
